1. Must be well trained on Key Modules of Digital Marketing (SEM, SEO, SMM, SMO, Adwords, Email/SMS Marketing, Content Preparation & Marketing).

2. Should have the proper knowledge/experience..

A. In identifying the target audience, hashtags, competitors, community, groups & forums

B. How the primary social media works (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest)

C. Best practices to be followed to increase the Traffic, Followers & Leads Generation via our website & social media profiles.

D. Preparing of Appealing Promotional content (Articles/Blogs/Audio/Video/Reels/shots making).

E. Efficient technics to Post the promotional content in all the possible social media, Community or Groups for max reach to the target audience.

F. Efficient branding & Generating quality leads especially in Education & IT sectors.

3. Should have excellent communication skills and good at time & people management.

4. Should be very good at work habits, Loyal & reliable to Organization.

5. Should be open to lean new or challenging stuff and ready to play any role as needed.

6. Keep track of Analytics on periodic basis and Change the strategy for better results.

 

Good to Have:

1. Any Relevant Certification on Digital Marketing.

2. Prior Experience/ Zeal in building “Digital Marketing Tool”.

3. Knowledge/Experience on ..

A. AI or Digital marketing tools which can save time and helps us to automate and reach more audience.

B. Paid Promotions (Google Adwords, YouTube, Facebook Ads, PPC, LinkedIn..etc).

C. Affiliate Marketing.

D. Recruitment process.

 

Key Note:

Designation for the selected candidate may varies from Intern to Lead level based on the candidate Skills & Experience & Feedback from Panel.
