Key Details:  

• Hands on experience in implementation and delivery for communication service providers including OSS fulfilment and provisioning.     

• Strong understanding and experience in COTS -Amdocs Cramer specially Resource manager, Sync Engine, Configurator, Task Engine ,service catalogue.     

• Understanding of Broadband and narrowband technologies.    

• Strong knowledge of oracle pl sql.    Hands on experience in java/j2ee.    Experience in development ,enhancement and ticket solving .     

• Good knowledge of Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning ,daily scrum ,estimation, retrospective ,backlog.   

Job Responsibilities /Day to day activities:       

• Development of userstories.     

• Resolving L3 tickets.     

• QA support.     

• Peer review.     

• Release activities and deployment.
